Australia's most expensive property back on the market

With a backlog of colourful owners, the Italianate residence set an Australian record for the most expensive property in 2002 when Deke and Eve Miskin paid over $28.5 million, in cash, for the iconic residence, reports the Wentworth Courier.

The eight-bedroom, nine-bathroom home at 54-56 Wunulla Rd sits on 2500sq m of prime Sydney waterfront and includes a fully appointed home theatre, roof-top jucuzzi and 360 degree views featuring the Opera House, Harbour Bridge and across the main channel to Manly.
