These resumes stood out for the wrong reasons.

Unless you're applying for a job at a pizzeria, your résumé objective shouldn't say, "to make dough." Nor should it be decorated with pink rabbits or include texting slang like "LOL."

Candidates have actually made all of these mistakes, among many others—and while they probably caught the attention of their potential employer, chances are they didn't land the job. These blunders did, however, earn them a spot on a new compilation of hiring managers' most memorable résumé missteps.

Methodology: Harris Interactive conducted a survey on behalf of CareerBuilder among 2,298 hiring managers to unearth 12 of the most eccentric things employers have ever seen on résumés this year.

    Whenever I sent in a written resume, I attached a photo of myself screaming in Thailand as a huge boa constrictor was slung round my shoulders by a hidden photographer, who then asked for five dollars. It was the best five dollars I ever spent. I always got an interview. I noticed I didnt get a job if i was taller than any male interviewer or if my chest was bigger than any female interviewer.

    My mother worked at a typing bureau and people would bring in hand written resumes headed "REGIME" !!!!!
