It often seems that celebrities operate on a faster timeline than the rest of us. A lot can change in a year with them, especially regarding real estate — just look at the lineup of duos from the original Homes of Celebrity Couples , published in January 2011.

Beyonce and Jay-Z had a baby around the same time Heidi Klum and Seal announced their impending divorce. Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem finally sold their house at a price reduction (US$2.88 million (A$2.6m), from US$3.695 million (A$3.3m)), and Sacha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher's midcentury rental is now off the market. Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie still haven't unloaded their house, but they are about to unleash a baby into the world at any moment.

One couple from last year's slideshow changed coasts and totally changed housing style. Some of the following homes are recently sold, some are for sale, one is being rented and one is offered for rent. Most of them were provided by Realtor.com.
