Nick Shinner has specialised in the area of investment property and marketing for the last 19 years, where he feels privileged to have made a career out of a passion. His experience has predominately been in sourcing (or creating) some of the best investment deals in Australia. As an investor himself, Nick has always wanted to present opportunities that are tailored to the client, rather than the developer; as a consequence developers have had to shift their way of thinking, not always an easy task!
Nick has gained a reputation as an accomplished seminar speaker and is increasingly being requested as guest speaker for a number of organisations.
Additionally, Nick has worked with some of the top Property Investment Clubs in the UK, again finding the optimum opportunities for their clients. Whilst in the UK, Nick also set up Where on Earth Ltd, advising clients on where to buy overseas property to suit their individual requirements. This led to Nick becoming published and a source of information for the media.
Nick has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from London University and is a REBA registered Sales Agent. The tips I'm about to cover should be applied at any time, whether property is booming or dropping – the difference at the moment is that anyone can do well when the market is on the up, but it takes skill and nerves to do well in the current market.
