So what can you do to keep the procrastination monster at bay?

Staying focused with a new business is a challenge at best especially when you're still working a normal job, dealing with kids, and all the other pressures of everyday life. It can be easier to put things off until "tomorrow" rather than tackle that new "to do" list today. If you're procrastinating, you've got to get it under control and quick. It's much harder to the break the cycle of procrastination when it's in full swing than to stop it dead in its tracks before it takes over.

So what can you do to keep the procrastination monster at bay?

Take care of yourself
Remember to get some exercise. I know, where do you find the time? You make it! If you're feeling sluggish there's nothing like a good stretch and a vigorous walk. And don't forget to stay hydrated. Being dehydrated will suck out all of your energy. Keep a bottle of water with you at all times.

Clean out the clutter

If your work space is cluttered with stray papers, yesterday's coffee cup and random junk, your focus will reflect that same clutter. Invest in organizing your office space; even if it's a corner in the kitchen make it tidy and neat so you can work when the time comes.

Ask for help

Starting a new business no matter how small means you've got to do some creative scheduling. If you're finding it hard to fit it all in, ask your friends and family for support. If you are the one that usually picks the kids up from school ask your spouse or neighbor to take over until things get moving. It's hard sometimes to admit you can't do it all but if you're serious about creating a business you're going to need some help to support your everyday life. Just ask!

Be a list maker

Write it all down. Making lists helps you to see what needs to be done and how to prioritize your tasks. Get the big stuff out of the way first. Crossing things off it lends a sense of accomplishment and keeps you going throughout the day.

Keep your goals visible

Its one thing to have your goals in mind but you should also have them posted where you can see and be reminded of them. Read them daily. Your goal should act as your affirmation.

Stay in action

There's no rest for the weary when starting a new business but that doesn't mean you should be running your self ragged. Being in action means to use your time wisely. It's ok to break up big jobs into more manageable steps. No one is telling you it has to be done all at once. You're the boss!

Starting a Cash Machine is a huge commitment but remember, this is on your terms. Be realistic about what you can and can't handle. Most importantly have fun with it. This is an exciting time in your life.

Ready GO!

If you're ready to make positive changes and are open to learning a new way to build wealth stay on that track and... Live Out Loud!
