I tip in restaurants IF the service is good, particularly ones I go to regularly. The waiters in one of them always give me and my guests a complimentary starter and a drink before we even look at a menu, and when they pour me a few liquoers at the end of the meal they pour about double the standard amt,as they know I always look after them.Cab drivers on the other hand get nothing from me especially when they start shuffling around in their bag pretending they cant find the right change,so I just sit there until they do,same goes for pizza delivery guys!

I will give you a tip for free don't pay twice. What happens in USA has nothing to do with us.Try and get a cheep fighter plane from them, they will add extra,000000 un till you drop.perhaps they think it's a tip so I say don'r pay twice to lazy ba!!!!dz who live in USA.

i tip in UK/USA mainly because i know the staff cannot live on their pathetic and exploitative wages. That is not the case in Australia, so i certainly don't feel i HAVE to tip when there.
