If you and your entourage are looking for a Hollywood style home base, then 19 Burnalta Crescent, Burnside won't disappoint.
Completed in 1994 at a cost of over $3 million, the extravagant hills home with Art Deco flourishes spares no expense. Today the exclusive property is expected to go for around $7.5 million which would smash local real estate sales records in the area.
And yes. That's a staircase over an indoor pond.
Australian Oak and Jarrah floors will see you through seven bedrooms with walk-in or built-in robes, eight bathrooms and three kitchens. Underfoot heating in the bathrooms further adds to the luxury.
The main kitchen features an island benchtop with round sink, individually imported tap ware, granite benchtops, state of the art appliances and a walk-in pantry.

Smaller kitchens are nestled in living areas, offering seemingly endless entertaining zones.
The property sits on a 3219 sq metre block laden with granite and marble walkways, and surrounded by sculptured gardens. Back inside there's a den, sunken formal lounge, formal dining room, sewing room, family room and courtyard areas that feel more like a luxury hotel than a private residence.
Did we mention there's a staircase over the indoor fish pond?
There's even a Japanese Tatami room in a separate guest apartment, in case you feel the need for a little tea-taking, or sending the kids off for some meditation.
An indoor swimming pool, outdoor tennis court and badminton area will help you work up a sweat, before unwinding at the indoor bar or in the sauna.

"Every room in this enchanting property offers uninterrupted views of Adelaide city, from the hills to the ocean and offers incomparable living and the ultimate in lifestyle choice, said Professionals Norwood Director, Nick Ploubidis.
"Nothing comes close to this property on the Adelaide market today and it really needs to be seen to be believed."

Jeez...clearly, some of you need to travel to Florida or pretty much anywhere in the USA, to see luxury homes. And for less money that this one shown. I've been to Adelaide many times. Aussies simply don't have a clue when it comes to true luxury homes. That's why most Aussie celebs all live here in the USA.

ReplyIt needs Trump to buy is and spend another 20Mil to add that cozy BuckBurn look. I mean if you have never got off your lazy behind (like mr Toupee himself), I am sure he would put in at least 22 Elizabethan 22KW Chandeliers and carpet the walls. Oh well, so what...
Reply"Buying" a style can cost money; takes much more to actually realize it! People with a lot of money and zero style? The world is full of them.
