The two-bedroom Wentworth Avenue apartment is located in the “boutique” Aspect complex, very close to Parliament House.
Ms Gillard purchased the property at an auction for $530,000 and used it before moving to The Lodge when she became Prime Minister in 2010.
According to the listing on a property website, the property is luxurious and boasts of an “exceptionally generous” space.
"Attention to detail is evident in every room of this apartment. The floors are a combination of timber and pure wool carpet, and together with subtle neutral colours give the whole apartment a feel of luxury. The kitchen is appointed with superb design and has top quality appliances, gas cook tops and generous stone bench tops.
While Ms Gillard's home is a prestigious sale, check out some more memorable properties of last year.

ReplyAt last the 'GOOSE' has been forced to come clean about his BS Mining tax. This is his and comrade dullard's WONDERFUL tax that they promised would get Australia back into surplus by 2013 - that's this year people. Guess what ??? All you FERAL labor supporters paying close attention ??? First this tax was going to raise 3 BILLION DOLLARS, then the 'GOOSE' changed that boast down to 3 BILLION DOLLARS. - After ducking, dodging, hiding and trying everything he could to hide the truth, today the 'GOOSE' was finally forced to admit the truth he's known about for months, his great mining tax returned ONLY 126 MILLION DOLLARS ! GOOD ONE GOOSE - YOU LIAR !
