OMG i saw all of these sign, i even asked my boss nicely and with respect about all of the issues and what happens i loss my job.
ReplyMaybe you should be concerntrating on spotting bad employees that bludge & cost you money. Speaking as an employer of course...
Reply1. Terribly useless article - whoever pays these 'consultants' are total idiots 2. You can't challenge with these questions in an interview because you can hurt their small egos and further placing you out of a job 3. Common sense dictates that 85% of HR, recruiters and misc. bosses will suck big time, either due to incompetence, bullying, harassment, shifting responsibility to scapegoats or simply there because they 'know the right people'.
Reply..the bad boss doesn't exist unless you writte it down.
ReplyThis is ridiculous! So you can't say 'you', 'I' or 'we'. Then what are they supposed to say?! What if they wanted to say "[You] will be travelling a lot" to you, not to a 3rd person. Are they supposed to say "Fred thanks for coming to the interview. Fred will be traveling a lot. Fred will be reimbursed for work-related traveling costs. Fred can take his (can't use 'your') family. Fred..." It sounds like they just made this up for the sake of an article.
