If you join our action, ERG should win the case vs govt.
After 2 years fighting, Our progress ---  
   1. The big boys fail to make S/holders forget ERG. Our members much more than 15s as initial.
   2. All facts match our forecasts 2 years ago --- We lost all, not due to bankrupt. It due to that scandal govt officials and the foreigner want to get extra $1 billion from taxpayers, and big directors want to grab all before profitable. They used GFC to do. 
   3. On case vs govt. Big boys fail to delay the hearing till 11/2011, the court will hear before NSW election. Everyone known NSW govt with scandals and  corruption officials. If 17000 ERG losers join our 2011 action to increase 30% for win, your shares could worth $200m/860m=$0.232/share. 
   4. On big directors wrongdoing. The more data prove misleading on ERG value. The regulators are facing more public pressure. If our group bigger, they have to action.

AL govt should compensate to 17000 victims, and pay back $1 billion to taxpayers! 

Let us protest in Election or any time, to reveal this govt. used GCF to ---

 

1.Put down Aussie company ERG, while other govt bailout their country business. They caused 17000 investors lost all.

2.Wast taxpayers extra $1 billion.

3.Destroyed near completed T card project, made Sydney behind developing country.

4.All just helped a corruption history foreign company to kill Aussie competitor.  

 

The protest will help on ---

1.Gather 17000 small shareholders to form a power for recouping lost, telling all big boys, who are damaging us, that we will never give up.

2.Spread the truth of T-card crisis to public media for them to elect a fair govt.

3.The court, which is judging T-card case in Election month, must consider public opinion and 17000 victims

Please answer to 17000 Australian ERG t-card axing victims ---

1. Why only axed Aussie company ERG, but “satisfy” USA Cubic delay?

2. Cubic get all help from NSW govt, but it still delay to when nobody know.

ERG was blocked by MyZone, NSW govt never cooperate. Why so big different to treat  Aussie company and USA one?

3. Why “satisfy” $1.2 billion and 7 years delay, but $0.2 million cost and completed 3 years ago? Nobody care taxpayer money. In the end, Cubic might not get payment, as NSW govt could bankrupt, just like most G8 country govt

The Benefiters in wrongdoing---

  Benefiter1&2, a corruption USA company and scandal govt officials used GFC to killed competitor ERG at final stage of T card, then enlarge the pie to share extra $1 billion. While around world capital cities are using ERG tickets, Only Sydney fail as managing by scandal govt officials. NSW vote 67:19 proved that.

  Benefiter3, ERG big director get all completed projects interests by --
  Step1: move  good assets to VIX ERG to take full rights, by promise us 1/2 interests.
  Step2: by the rights, moved all assets from VIX ERG to himself company in a tax heaven island. That means ERG profitable. 

  But he is also a victim and did some good thing:
1. Against govt officials in court.
2. Keep the business alive.
3. As he didnt pass Sydney project to them, so benefiter1 fail original plan, delay and breach contract.

  Therefore, We pause class action against him and turn to against benefiter1&2 in USA class action, support him on case against govt.

  Losser1, Every NSW people have to pay $138 into benefiter1&2 pockets. NSW commuters are blocked to use T-card for 7 years.

   2. During hearing, protest outside, spread facts to public, to let court know 17000 victims.

   3. On court, reveal how the big politicians and boss damage public, results same as corruption.

  1. If it is not Zone cause the problem, why they changed Zone for their favour Cubic just before monopoly tender?

  2. If it is because of ERG delay, why they satisfy Cubic breaching contract by long delay. They cause Sydney commuters delay 7 years to use T card.

  3. Why they keen to pay extra $1 billion for Cubic to begin new, rather than 0.2 billion for ERG at final stage. They cause every NSW people (include infants) lost extra $138 for unnecessary 7 years delay.

  4. Why they such hate ERG, so that used GFC to deliberately destroy us. Do they work for some foreigner to kill Aussie competitor? For that, they don’t care Australia No.1 I.T. industry to die, make crisis for 17000 Aussie investors to lost 100%, also don’t care Sydney commuters delay 7 years to use T-card.

  5. Why they so favour C. What is relationship between the officials and the foreign company with corruption record.

Q: Before to help U, We want to know what actions U take?
A: During 4 years, We’ve done:
    1.Keep ERG floating on Google top page, so 17000 victims remember loss. Members increase from 15 to 70. It is important for preventing big boys murdering us as McGurk. Because 70s with the secrets link each other, and we registered in the foreign regulators, any murdering must trigger inspection on them, and automatically prove guilty.
    2.Monitoring wrongdoing progress, analysis and reveal truths to shareholders. So far, most of our forecast realized: ERG is profitable rather than bankrupt, T-card axing is for C company rather than politics.   
    3.We set a situation for 3 big boys --- If they let ERG shareholders to win the case and get $0.23/share, also they pay all case cost, then 1st and 2nd boys will get $1 billions, 3d boy will get $0.1 billions ERG assets + case cost.  Otherwise 1st and 2nd boy may pay $2 billions to SEC, 3d boy may loss all ERG assets for misleading. These clever big boys must know right choice. Recently, Siemens paid $1.9 billions to SEC for $1 billion project in Argentina.
