Dodo Power & Gas
Dodo Power & Gas launched in late 2010 into the Victorian electricity market and in August 2011 launched into the New South Wales and Queensland electricity markets. Dodo has also been awarded energy retailing licenses in SA and ACT so it is expected that they might launch into these other states and territories over the coming year as soon as they are able to complete wholesale supply agreements.
Dodo is aiming to become a one-stop shop for home services by allowing consumers to bundle Home Phone, Internet, Gas and Electricity with a single company.
Dodo Power and Gas is owned by Dodo, an established internet service provider (ISP) and telecommunications (home phone, mobile phone) provider. Dodo is a privately owned Australian company with headquarters in Melbourne.
