Vodafone is now offering a 30 day Network Satisfaction Guarantee on all postpaid mobile services to ensure you are completely satisified with your network service. Within the first 30 days if there are network issues that cannot be resolved you can cancel your contract with no penalty fees - just pay for the credit you have used.

Vodafone's 3G network covers more than 94% of the Australian population. GSM (2G) network covers up to 94.52% of the Australian population. The Vodafone GPRS (2.5G) network covers 92% of the populated areas within Australia.
Mobile Broadband speeds
In Vodafone's 3G Mobile Broadband areas, typical download speeds range from 300kbps to 3Mbps (burst speeds up to 6Mbps can be experienced in major metropolitan areas). Slower speeds can be expected in regional areas. In GPRS areas, you should expect downloads speeds between 20-30kbps.
Actual speeds achieved vary due to factors such as congestion, user numbers, local conditions, hardware, software, download source and general internet traffic. Excess Data Usage
Excess data usage is charged at a flat rate of $0.02 per MB once you exceed the data allowance included in your Vodafone Mobile Broadband plan. The data that you download and upload by viewing websites (inlcuding email) is counted in your monthly allowance.
Mobile Broadband Satisfaction Trial
Connect to a Vodafone Mobile Broadband plan and if you are not completely happy with the coverage you receive you can cancel the service within 30 days and pay only for the data you have used. Any cancellation fees will be waived.
